Partners with Columbia Gas of Virginia

Tidewater Insulators is a trade ally partner with natural gas company Columbia Gas of Virginia, one of seven energy distribution companies of NiSource Inc. They are the third largest natural gas utility in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Columbia Gas has an energy efficiency and conservation program called WarmWise, which is designed to help customers cut down on energy costs and save natural resources. Through new program offerings (which became available on January 1, 2013), residential customers can get a rebate of 18 cents per square foot for attic insulation and 30 cents per square foot for floor insulation. The program ends on December 31, 2015, and rebate forms must be received by January 31, 2016 to be eligible.

Our WarmWise Partnership

Through WarmWise, their energy efficiency and conservation program designed to help customers decrease energy bills and conserve natural resources, Columbia Gas offers cashback rebates for residential and small commercial (business) customers who upgrade to qualifying energy-saving equipment. Residential customers can get a rebate of 18 – 30 cents per square foot of their house if they get new insulation.

At the start of 2013, updated WarmWise offerings became available to qualifying customers. The residential savings program includes rebates for attic and floor insulation. The new program ends December 31, 2015, and all equipment purchases and installations must be made by then. Rebate forms must be received by January 31, 2016 to be eligible.
